Agentic Terminal Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
1. Overview
We've Solutions ("Company") provides Agentic Terminal ("App"), a Windows-based SSH terminal platform. It is a two-way platform that lets AI agents on remote servers use the user's local PC resources.
The App accesses the user's Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive) via Google OAuth 2.0. This policy describes how such Google user data is collected, used, retained, and protected.
2. Information collected
Stored on the local device
- SSH connection profiles (host, port, username)
- SSH keys (private / public)
- App settings (theme, terminal options, MCP server config, etc.)
- Google OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest)
Accessed via Google Workspace
- Gmail: search results, message bodies, label info
- Google Calendar: event lists and event details
- Google Drive: files that the App created or that the user explicitly selected
Not collected
- Location data
- Usage statistics and analytics
- Advertising identifiers
- Terminal session content and command history
3. Purposes of using Google user data
Gmail (gmail.modify)
- Search: find relevant emails via Gmail queries
- Read: use email content as context in AI workflows
- Send: dispatch emails via AI agents at the user's direction
- Labels: add / remove labels to organize email
Google Calendar (calendar)
- Read: review the calendar to check availability and plan
- Create: register meetings and events at the user's direction
- Update: change time, description, and attendees of existing events
- Delete: remove events at the user's request
Google Drive (drive.file)
- Search: find documents related to the current task
- Read: read documents for AI-based analysis
- Upload: save AI-generated content to Google Drive
- Browse: traverse folder structure
Google Drive access is limited to the drive.file scope, restricted to files the App created or the user explicitly selected. There is no access to the user's entire Drive.
4. User consent and approval system
All access to Google user data is governed by the App's two-layer approval system.
- Policy engine: pre-configured allow / require-approval / deny per host and per capability
- User approval UI: when policy requires approval, an approval dialog is shown (allow once / allow session / deny)
- Audit log: every data-access request, approval, and denial is logged automatically
Google user data is never accessed without the user's explicit consent.
5. Data storage and security
- Google OAuth tokens are stored only on the user's local PC, encrypted at rest.
- Google user data (email, events, files) is not transmitted to or stored on the Company's servers.
- Data communication through the MCP relay is encrypted via the SSH secure tunnel.
- The Company does not operate any data-collection server of its own.
- All auth tokens and data stored locally are completely deleted when the App is uninstalled.
6. Third-party sharing
The Company does not sell, rent, or share the user's Google user data with any third party.
- The App does not include external analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or trackers.
- Google user data is used only within AI-agent workflows the user has explicitly instructed.
- Data is transmitted only via the SSH tunnel between the user's local PC and the remote server the user connects to — a connection the user configures themselves.
7. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy
Agentic Terminal's use and transfer of Google user data to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights:
- Disconnect your Google account within the App (deletes OAuth tokens)
- Revoke the App's access at Google Account settings
- View and delete stored SSH connection info and settings within the App
- Review data-access history via the audit log
- Delete all local data completely by uninstalling the App
9. Retention
- Google OAuth tokens: until the user disconnects or uninstalls the App
- Google user data: the App does not persist it; processed only in memory during AI-agent workflow execution
- Audit log: stored on the user's local PC and removed when the App is uninstalled
10. Children's privacy
This App is not directed at children under 13. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to this policy
Material changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated in advance through an app update or on our website. Important changes will be notified separately via in-app notifications.
