Agentic Terminal Terms of Service

These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using Agentic Terminal (Windows-based SSH terminal · MCP Client Hub · Agent Bridge, "Service") provided by We've Solutions ("Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the user and the Company.

• Service — The Agentic Terminal Windows application and related features provided by the Company.
• User — Any person who installs and uses the Service.
• MCP Client Hub — A feature that unifies local MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers into one hub and exposes them to remote AI agents through a secure SSH tunnel.
• Agent Bridge — A feature that governs a remote AI agent's access to local resources through a two-layer structure: a policy engine, user approval, and an audit log.

The Service provides the following core features:

• Remote server access via the SSH protocol
• MCP Client Hub — unified relay for local MCP servers such as Gmail · Slack · Jira
• Agent Bridge — policy engine + user approval UI + audit log
• Google Workspace integration (Gmail · Calendar · Drive)
• Smart port forwarding (auto-detects dev servers), clipboard file transfer, screen capture relay

These terms take effect for every user who installs and uses the Service. The Company may amend these terms within applicable law and will announce amendments in the app or on the website at least 7 days before they take effect (or at least 30 days in advance for changes that are unfavorable to the user).

The Company may modify the Service to improve quality or as required by policy and may temporarily suspend parts of it for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice where possible. If the Service is discontinued, users will be informed at least 30 days in advance via in-app notice or the website. Data stored locally by the user remains on the user's device after discontinuation.

• Google Workspace (Gmail · Calendar · Drive) integration is activated only with the user's Google OAuth authentication and explicit approval.
• The terms of service and privacy policies of integrated external services are governed by each provider's policies.
• Access to tools and data of local MCP servers exposed through MCP Client Hub is governed by the user approval and policy engine. All requests, approvals, and denials are recorded in the audit log.

Agentic Terminal's data collection principles, categories, purposes, and processors are governed by the Agentic Terminal Privacy Policy.

Users may not:

• Use the Service to access servers without proper authorization
• Use another person's SSH keys · Google account · MCP server credentials without authorization
• Use AI agents to access data or services beyond the user's authorized scope, or to bypass or manipulate Agent Bridge approval procedures
• Distribute malware, attempt intrusions, or place undue load on target servers or the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Otherwise violate applicable law or these terms

• Copyright and IP in the Service belong to the Company. Users may not commercially use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service's content without the Company's prior written consent.
• Content that users create using the Service (settings · snippets · AI agent outputs · audit logs, etc.) belongs to the user or the rightful owner.

As of the effective date, Agentic Terminal is provided free of charge. If paid features are introduced, separate paid terms · billing · refund policies will be announced in advance and require user consent.

• The Company is not responsible for the operation, data loss, or security incidents of remote servers accessed by the user.
• The Company is not responsible for harm caused by the user's mismanagement of authentication material (SSH keys · Google accounts, etc.).
• The Company is not responsible for outcomes of actions performed by AI agents at the user's approval.
• The Company is not responsible for failures caused by force majeure, carrier outages, or outages of third-party services (Google, MCP providers, etc.) beyond the Company's control.
• The Service is provided "AS IS" and no fitness for any particular purpose is warranted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute between the Company and the user shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal office as the court of first instance.

These terms take effect on July 21, 2026.
