Mono Writer Refund Policy
Effective date: June 30, 2026
KEY POINT
Mono Writer is an app that starts free.
Core features and sync across Apple devices are free, and a paid plan (cross-platform sync) is in preparation. Where a paid purchase occurs, payment and refunds are handled through each platform store's payment system (currently the Apple App Store). The Company does not collect or retain payment-method information, and refunds proceed according to each store's refund policy.
Article 1 (Purpose)
This Refund Policy sets out the procedures and criteria for the purchase and refund of the writing application "Mono Writer" (the "Service") provided by We've Solutions, Inc. (the "Company").
Article 2 (Fee Structure)
- The Service starts free, with core features and sync across Apple devices provided for free. There are no ads and no user tracking.
- A paid plan (cross-platform sync with Windows, Android, and others) is in preparation; its availability and pricing will be announced later. If paid payment is introduced, downloads and purchases will be made through each platform's store (currently the Apple App Store), and pricing follows the price displayed in that store. The Company operates no payment method outside the platform stores.
Article 3 (Who Handles Payment and Refunds)
- Payment and refunds for paid purchases are handled through the relevant platform store's payment system (currently the Apple App Store).
- The Company does not directly collect or retain payment information (card numbers, account details, etc.); payment processing is carried out entirely under the responsibility of each store operator.
- When requesting a refund, users must first use the relevant store's refund channel.
Article 4 (Platform Store Payment Refund Policy)
- Payments through each platform store are refunded according to that store's terms of use (e.g., the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions).
- For the Apple App Store, refund requests can be made directly on Apple's refund request page (reportaproblem.apple.com), and the refund decision is made after Apple's review. If offered on other stores in the future (Google Play, Microsoft Store, etc.), that store's refund policy will apply.
- For how to request an Apple refund, see the following link. Request a refund for apps or content you bought from Apple
Article 5 (Refunds Due to Company Fault)
If a user cannot properly use a paid purchase of the Service due to the Company's fault, the Company will guide a refund or compensation according to the following criteria.
- Serious defect — where, due to the Company's fault, there is a serious defect that makes the app's core functions (writing, saving, etc.) unusable and it is not fixed within a reasonable period.
- Material change/discontinuation of features — where the Company discontinues core features without prior notice or unilaterally reduces important parts.
Refund requests falling under the above may be made to the Company contact in Article 7, and the Company will respond within 7 business days after verifying the facts. However, the actual refund processing follows the policy and procedures of the relevant platform store.
Article 6 (Grounds for Refund Exclusion)
Refunds may be limited in the following cases.
- Inconvenience due to the user's device environment (insufficient storage, OS compatibility, cloud settings, etc.)
- Temporary usage limits due to failures or policy changes of external infrastructure such as clouds or app stores
- Causes beyond the Company's reasonable control, such as natural disaster or communication failure
- Where the Company has restricted use of the Service because the user violated these Terms
- Where a refund is requested out of simple change of mind after sufficiently using the app (subject to each platform store's policy)
Article 7 (Contact)
For refund or usage inquiries, please first use the relevant platform store's refund channel, and if you believe it falls under the Company's fault, please contact us below.
Addendum
